Description
Selected from our finest barrels, this full bodied, Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby in colour with a fragrant array of blackberry pastels, ripe blood plums and hints of chocolate and peppermint on the bouquet. The palate is a delicious fusion of ripe blackberry, dark plums, a subtle oak profile, fine, velvety tannins with a persistent depth at the finish.Whilst drinking beautifully now, cellaring will add further complexity.
